During the Retreat you´ll learn the principles of Ayurveda nutrition, helping you understand what foods bring balance to your unique constitution and you´ll cook a delicious, sattvic meal. Enjoy a Ayurvedic Massage for deep relaxation for body & mind.

Immerse yourself in India´s timeless culture, sacred traditions, and spiritual landmarks. Visit the Statue of Equality and learn about the teachings of Ramanujacharya and the Vedic Tradition. Enjoy a trip to Vijayawada, the city is known for its vibrant energy, historic Temples and riverfront atmosphere.
